Note:Hair should be stretched to straight when measured.

Important Note: 

Brush hairs end first, then the middle, and the top at last. DO NOT brush directly from the top and pull hard, it will break the hair. Regular care will keep the hair in good condition and avoid tangle problem, improper dyeing or other chemical process will damage the hair and cause tangle and shedding problem.

Important Note: Please wash the hair with warm water before proceeding dyeing.

Why Have Split Ends?

The hair ends is far away from the hair root, it is lack of nutrition and easy to have the split ends issue.

What we do is select the good quality hair material in priority to make the weft and trimming the hair if there is few split ends inside before shipping.

But it’s hard to avoid that there is few split ends inside when you get the hair.

The split ends will be improved after the hair conditioner treatment.

Will The Hair Have White/Grey Hair?

All of our wefts are made by 100% HUMAN HAIR. There have some white/grey hair inside.

Our inspection will pick the white/grey hair out from the weft before shipment.

But all the work made by hand, it’s difficult to avoid that there is NO white/grey hair inside.

Please pick out the white/grey hair, if there is few inside, thanks for your understanding.
